Friday evening’s auction benefits the Laurel Hansen Endowed Fund and supports scholarships, science, and education connected to the pest management industry.

Participate by donating an item, contributing a package or experience, sponsoring the auction, or bidding generously. Our 2026 fundraising goal is $8,000.

Start Saturday by Giving Back

During the Give Back Breakfast, PWIPM and PestVets will lead attendees in assembling hygiene kits for local shelters and preparing candy bags for deployed troops. Join fellow members for breakfast, fellowship, and meaningful community service.

Guest room rates begin at $259 per night for an Alpine King or Double Queen. Suites and condos are available at higher rates, including two-bedroom condos up to $589 per night. Hotel accommodations, taxes, and incidentals are the responsibility of each attendee and are not included with registration.
