Nominations Now Open: 2026 WSPMA Annual Awards

WSPMA is excited to announce that nominations are now open for our 2026 Annual Awards. These awards recognize individuals and companies who go above and beyond to strengthen our industry, support their communities, and lead with integrity.

WSPMA PestVet of the Year

Recognizes a military veteran who has made outstanding contributions to the pest management industry and their community.

Criteria:

• Military service (active or veteran status)
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship within the industry/company
• Community involvement
• Professionalism and integrity

The winner will also be promoted for NPMA National PestVet of the Year nomination (submitted each January).

WSPMA PWIPM of the Year

Celebrates a woman who uplifts others, demonstrates professional excellence, and is a leader in the pest industry.

Criteria:

• Active leadership or mentorship of other women in pest control
• Career achievements or industry contributions
• Community engagement or outreach

Thanks to American Crawl & Pest Services, the PWIPM of the Year winner will also receive two nights of hotel stay.

WSPMA Industry Impact Award

Honors a member or company making a big-picture impact through innovation, community involvement, or industry leadership.

Criteria:

• Initiated impactful programs or practices
• Elevated industry standards
• Advocated for positive change or growth
