As an Association we strive to create an environment that allows industry awareness and a sense of comradery. The information will be shared with USDA Wildlife Services to help ensure federal programs remain focused on disease surveillance and emergency response—not services already offered by private wildlife professionals. Your participation supports industry advocacy and helps promote fair competition.

Supreme Court Roundup Decision Strengthens EPA Label Authority

The U.S. Supreme Court's recent Roundup decision reinforces that EPA-approved pesticide labels cannot be challenged by state courts for lacking warnings the EPA chose not to require. The ruling strengthens label consistency, reduces litigation-driven product changes, and has important implications for Washington's pesticide regulatory framework. While it does not change applicator responsibilities, it shifts future disputes toward EPA's registration process rather than state court litigation.
