Mike Goza has been in the pest control industry for 30 years. He is the Sales Manager for PestWest USA, responsible for the Continental US & Hawaii. During his first 12 1/2 years in the industry, he served in various operational roles including technician, termite related repair crew chief, sales and service management, branch management, and as a regional technical trainer and sales manager overseeing as many as 26 branch locations. After 12+ years in operations, he went to work in distribution for 2 years, then was given the opportunity to get into the manufacturing side of the industry for the last 16+ years. Mike has worked in product development, product launches, technical training and sales in numerous market segments including general pest control equipment and products, termite, animal health, rodents, flying insect management and Bio-Remediation/Resource Cleaning utililizing biologicals. He is now the Western and Southwestern US Regional Technical / Sales Manager with PestWest USA/Environmental. PestWest specializes in flying insect control products and equipment, biologicals for Resource Cleaning/Sanitation, bed bug detection, Food Processing/Packaging, and the animal health markets. Mike has written and implemented numerous training programs, field operations service protocols, and SOPs for PCOs/PMPs over the last two decades. Mike has a Bachelors Degree from CSU Dominguez Hills (Los Angeles). Besides his National Sales Management Role, he still directly responsible for sales in the following states: CA, OR, WA, HI, AK, WY, MT, UT, ID, NV, CO, AZ, TX and OK.
