Record vendor involvement • Wide variety of education • Perfect winter sunshine
The 2026 Pacific Northwest Pest Management Conference was one for the books. Congratulations to WSPMA’s own Billy Olesen on his first year organizing the event. Under his leadership, we saw record vendor participation, a dynamic lineup of speakers, and a strong showing from pest professionals across the region.
The weather couldn’t have been better—plenty of sunshine all weekend, perfectly matching the energy and brightness inside the meeting space. It was a joy to reconnect with so many familiar faces and welcome new attendees into the mix.
We were honored to hear from NPMA Vice President Mike Bullert and Jim Fredericks, Executive Director for the Alliance, who brought national perspective and practical insights to the conference.
On Friday’s business day, Samantha Malone delivered a heartfelt keynote that challenged attendees to recognize their “all in” moment—when pest management became more than a job and turned into a true passion.
Friday Night Auction Highlight
The auction was nothing short of amazing—raising over $10,000 for the Norm Ehman Fund.
Saturday delivered a full slate of technical sessions, spanning insects, rodents, public health, formulations, regulatory topics, and research updates. Thank you to the presenters who made the day so valuable:
Thank you to every attendee, vendor, speaker, and sponsor who helped make this conference a success. The Pacific Northwest pest management community continues to lead with professionalism, curiosity, and connection—and this event was a perfect reminder of what we can accomplish when we show up together.
