Everyone is welcome to attend this relaxed and engaging virtual meeting hosted by the WSPMA Professional Women in Pest Management chapter.
Join PWIPM for a special virtual conversation with Sheila Haddad of Bell Labs, an accomplished industry leader with more than 38 years of experience in pest management.
Sheila will share insights from her career, volunteer leadership, and involvement with both NPMA PWIPM and local PWIPM chapters. The conversation will focus on leadership, professional growth, community engagement, and the importance of building meaningful connections throughout the pest management industry.
This will not be a formal presentation. Instead, attendees can expect an open and welcoming discussion where questions, shared experiences, and participation are encouraged.
Sheila began her pest management career shortly after college and has held positions in customer service, distribution management, and outside sales. She later joined Bell Labs, where she currently manages the East Coast, key accounts, and eastern Canada.
Throughout her career, Sheila has remained deeply involved in supporting the pest management community. She currently serves as Chair of the Connecticut PWIPM chapter and previously served as Chair of NPMA Professional Women in Pest Management.
Sheila has also received several industry honors, including the NPMA Women of Excellence Award and the Joe Giamo Award of Excellence.
While PWIPM is dedicated to supporting and advancing women in pest management, this meeting is open to everyone. Business owners, managers, technicians, office professionals, suppliers, industry partners, and anyone interested in leadership and professional development are encouraged to attend.
This session follows the chapter’s recent Steps of Hope initiative, which supported the Safe House Project and emphasized the importance of giving back, supporting others, and creating stronger connections within our communities.
Start your day with an encouraging conversation, fresh ideas, and new connections. We look forward to welcoming you to this special PWIPM discussion.
